Temporary Tourism Map As Vanuatu continues its recovery from the Port Vila earthquake in December, a number of businesses have relocated to new trading premises. There are also number of businesses in the Port Vila CBD has re-opened following the reopening of the street from Banyan beach bar to water front.  

The Vanuatu Tourism Office and Market Development Facility collaborated for this temporary map, and hope it will help visitors explore Port Vila and surrounds.

The temporary HotSpots maps provide more details about businesses including contacts and services provided. New locations for businesses, tour company departure points, mama’s markets, Vanuatu Made products, closed areas and road closures are all marked on this map.

This temporary map will be updated regularly so please make sure you have the most up to date version. Please refer to the date in the top right hand corner. New roads are being opened all the time and tourism businesses are reopening their doors in new locations. Over 80% of tourism businesses.
