Join Desley for a trip to the local Lakatoro Market or the onsite garden to hand-pick fresh ingredients straight from the source, then head back to the accommodation for a fun, hands-on cooking session. You'll learn how to prepare traditional Vanuatu dishes including laplap and other local favourites, guided every step of the way. A genuine taste of local life, from market stall to plate, in around one to two hours.
