Centre Lodge - Lenakel, Tanna

Nestled in the heart of Lenakel, Centre Lodge is a locally owned guesthouse run by Thomas and his family, who bring genuine warmth and personal care to every stay. With comfortable rooms, cooking facilities, and easy access to the Kiwi Store next door, it's a straightforward and welcoming base for exploring everything Tanna has to offer, from ancient banyan trees to the legendary Yasur Volcano.

Centre Lodge offers two room types:

Self-Contained Rooms

Studio style rooms sleeping 1- 2 guests (with room for a third), each with a queen bed, ensuite hot water bathroom, sitting and dining area, and a full kitchen setup including stove, sink, kettle, rice cooker, and small fridge. A shared verandah adds extra space to relax.

Lodge Rooms

Set in the upper building above the Kiwi Store, these rooms sleep up to 3 guests with a queen bed and single bed, fan, table, and chair. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared, and guests can retreat to the air conditioned common area when the Vanuatu heat kicks in.

Guests can join Thomas himself for guided tours to Tanna's highlights, including the Giant Banyan Tree and Mount Yasur volcano, for a genuine, personal introduction to the island. Airport transfers can be arranged directly with the lodge, and self-service laundry is available.
