Day One: Efate – Port Vila

Arrive in Port Vila and start the week off with dinner at one of the many restaurants in town or at your hotel. Vanuatu offers a variety of culinary experiences for all food lovers from French cuisine to modern Asian-fusion and delectable local fresh seafood.

 

Day Two: Santo – Luganville

Morning

VTOAU Featurebox 27Transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Santo. (Allow one hours for check-in time for all domestic flights and note there is a provincial departure tax of VT200/person to pay at each domestic airport after your check-in).

Afternoon

Your first stop for an afternoon of ultimate relaxation and sun soaking will be at one of Santo’s pristine beaches.  Head straight up the east coast of the mainland and in an hour you will get to Champagne Beach, one of Vanuatu’s most beautiful beaches. The crystal blue water and towering cliffs make this place a very special one.  Or head on a bit further and get to Port Olry to have a local seafood lunch on the powder white sands.

Day Three: Santo – Luganville

Morning

Visit the Blue Holes, one of the true natural wonders of the world while on Santo. Head to Riri, Matevulu or Nanda Blue Hole for a refreshing dip in the cool waters.

Afternoon

Spend the afternoon relaxing or why don’t you try horse riding and even take a dip in the sea with the horses (tide permitting).

Day Four: Santo – Luganville

Catch a boat to one of Santo’s islands where you can have lunch and just relax by enjoying a Melanesian massage. Guided tours and beach picnics to the smaller islands can be arranged upon request.

Day Five: Efate – Port Vila

Morning

Depart Santo for Port Vila.

Afternoon

Laze around with a good book and then enjoy a tropical signature cocktail by the pool at one of the beautiful resorts.

Day Six: Efate – Port Vila

Morning

Visit the local fresh produce market and its local handicraft markets in Port Vila (note the fresh produce market is closed on a Saturday VTOAU Featurebox 51afternoon and on Sunday). Port Vila is also Vanuatu’s only duty-free port and a shopper’s delight with its colourful blend of French, English and Melanesian cultures. French perfume, champagne and patisseries can be found alongside brightly coloured sarongs and-printed t-shirts, board shorts and beachwear.

Afternoon

Indulge your senses with an array of divine day-spa magic in Port Vila. Pamper packages cater to both men and women, highlighting various techniques of massage therapies with a wide selection of traditional therapies using natural aromatherapy and essential oils for facials, manicure, pedicure, body scrub and more.

Evening

Enjoy a picturesque sunset cruise of Port Vila Harbour. Sip on French champagne and munch on freshly made gourmet finger foods.

Day Seven: Efate – Port Vila

Depart Port Vila (please allow yourself two hours for check in for your International flight and remember that international departure tax is in included in your airline ticket).
