Millennium Cave is situated in South Central Santo, a 45 minute drive from Luganville town. When the transport stops, a 15 minute walk then takes guests through coconut plantation and across a bamboo bridge leading to the village of Funaspef. This Village is likely to be the home of a Tour Guide and within the traditional Nakamal building he will explain the tour, showing a map and the route to be followed. Guests are provided with a torch, life jacket and flotation aid for the walk through the cave and the river swim.

8% Non-Refundable Fee: Regardless of the timing of the cancellation, 8% of the total booking cost is non-refundable. This fee applies also in weather-related cancellations. For other refunds, the provider will adhere to their specific cancellation policy highlighted below:

  • 14+ Days Cancellation: 90% refund if cancelled at least 14 days (or more) before the booking start date.
  • 7 Days Cancellation: 75% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the booking start date.
  • 48 Hours Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the booking start date.

Banking Fees: Due to extremely high banking costs in Vanuatu, travellers are responsible for international banking fees that apply when issuing a refund.

Insurance: Travellers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers travel refunds to complement this policy.
