Guesthouse bedrooms include the Palm View Room with 2 single beds, Garden View Room with 2 single beds, and Garden View Room with 3 single beds. The property also has two separate Palm and Garden View Bungalows with a double bed, single bed and private en-suite flush toilet and open roof shower looking into the sky.

Located on site is a separate restaurant which proudly serves meals for guests throughout their stay whilst a communal kitchen gives the option for guests to cook for themselves also. There is a dining room, lounge together with shower and flush toilet in the communal building.

Solar power provides lighting at night whilst electricity runs for 24 hours to supply power for guest appliances and devices, including running water.

Facilities and services available onsite includes online reservations, restaurant parking, room service laundry service, WiFi, 24 hour reception, and a retail shop for basic items.

Conditions d'annulation

8% Non-Refundable Fee: Regardless of the timing of the cancellation, 8% of the total booking cost is non-refundable. This fee applies also in weather-related cancellations. For other refunds, the provider will adhere to their specific cancellation policy highlighted below:

  • 14+ Days Cancellation: 90% refund if cancelled at least 14 days (or more) before the booking start date.
  • 7 Days Cancellation: 75% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the booking start date.
  • 48 Hours Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the booking start date.

Banking Fees: Due to extremely high banking costs in Vanuatu, travellers are responsible for international banking fees that apply when issuing a refund.

Insurance: Travellers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers travel refunds to complement this policy.
