Your Invitation

Tok Tok 2019 organizers are inviting businesses to support and be a partner in Vanuatu's biggest annual international tourism event promoting our destination.

2019 Tok Tok Event

This year we not only promote the destination but bring out our niche markets to provide the 'authentic experience' travellers are looking for so you can only imagine how extra special this will be for your company. The event will take place on the 28th-31st August at Warwick, Le Lagon and will feature a mix of business appointments, site visits, famil programs and social events.

Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea followed by a host of cocktail events will be served during the event along with cultural entertainment during the community host day.

Additionally, there will be Consumer Day where our TokTok village will feature sellers and the products they have to offer around Vanuatu so plenty of exposure for sponsors.

Who are we expecting? And what does it mean for your business?

We anticipate a total of 100 buyer (international wholesalers) and seller (local tourism businesses) companies including prominent players from around the region and abroad like Rose Holidays, Pacific Bed Bank, Ignite Travel group to name a few.

Sponsors have the opportunity to be mentioned (see benefits below) which over the years have been bringing potential clients and customers to sponsors. Your role in this event as a potential sponsor is highly valued and we look forward to your participation in our event.

Sponsor Benefits

Benefits of joining as a sponsor include the following:

  • an opportunity to speak about your company during your sponsored tea/lunch and consumer day
  • company banner at Tok Tok village
  • acknowledgement of your sponsorship on TokTok social media (Facebook and Twitter)
  • acknowledgement of your sponsorship on TokTok webpage in www.vanuatu.travel including linkages to your website
  • your company listed and logo added into the TokTok program booklet
  • media release mention
